C\u2019est une r\u00e9action normale importante lorsqu\u2019une personne est confront\u00e9e \u00e0 la peur et au stress.<br \/><span style=\"color: #666699;\"><i>[Bard, Bard, 2009]<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Elle peut se manifester par une <b>insomnie<\/b> qui cr\u00e9e des r\u00e9actions physiques comme des <b>tensions<\/b>, des palpitations cardiaques, une boule dans la gorge, des p\u00e2leurs, de la transpiration ou encore une difficult\u00e9 de respiration. Sur le plan cognitif, cela peut s\u2019exprimer par des <b>ruminations<\/b> (r\u00e9flexion continuelle sur un sujet) ou de <b>l\u2019anticipation<\/b> (action de pr\u00e9voir le futur). <br \/><span style=\"color: #666699;\"><i>[<\/i><i>Pasquini, Picardi, Biondi, Gaetano, Morosini, 2004<\/i><i>]<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">D\u2019apr\u00e8s Pierluigi Graziani toutes les d\u00e9finitions de l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 peuvent se ramener \u00e0 trois conditions essentielles :<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<br \/><\/span>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0&#8211; \u00a0Le sentiment de l\u2019imminence d\u2019un <b>danger<\/b> ind\u00e9termin\u00e9, \u00e0 venir. Il s\u2019accompagne d\u2019\u00e9laboration de fantasmes tragiques amplifiant la proportion d\u2019un drame.<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0&#8211; \u00a0L\u2019attitude d\u2019attente devant le danger li\u00e9e \u00e0 un <b>\u00e9tat d\u2019alerte<\/b>: le sujet est enti\u00e8rement envahi, tendu.<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0&#8211; \u00a0Le d\u00e9sarroi, ou encore l\u2019<b>impuissance<\/b> devant le danger.<br \/><span style=\"color: #666699;\"><i>[<\/i><i>Graziani, 2008<\/i><i>]<\/i><\/span><i><\/i><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le <b>trouble anxieux<\/b> est caract\u00e9ris\u00e9 par une anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 et des soucis excessifs concernant le quotidien et entrainants des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler ses pr\u00e9occupations. Ce r\u00e9sultat sugg\u00e8re que la musicoth\u00e9rapie pourrait <b>traiter l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s<\/b>, mais seulement<b> tant que les s\u00e9ances se poursuivent<\/b>: il n\u2019y a pas d\u2019effet maintenu apr\u00e8s la fin de la prise en charge.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: #666699;\"><i>[Erkkil\u00e4 et al., 2011]<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Une \u00e9tude sur 21 personnes, ni contr\u00f4l\u00e9e, ni randomis\u00e9e, montre des r\u00e9sultats mitig\u00e9s. Elle \u00e9value l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat d\u2019une session de musicoth\u00e9rapie active d\u2019une heure sur l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 chez des patients pr\u00e9sentant un <b>trouble du cours de la pens\u00e9e <\/b>(schizophr\u00e9nie, trouble schizo-affectif, psychoses) ayant de l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9. Conclusion : le niveau <b>d\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9<\/b> \u00e9tait significativement <b>diminu\u00e9 juste apr\u00e8s la prise en charge, mais remontait visiblement une heure apr\u00e8s.<br \/><\/b><\/span><span style=\"color: #666699;\"><i>[Pavlov et al., 2017]<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Un essai crois\u00e9, contr\u00f4l\u00e9 mais non randomis\u00e9, \u00e9tudie \u00a018 adultes souffrants d\u2019<b>anorexie mentale<\/b>. Ils b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient de deux s\u00e9ances d\u2019une heure de musicoth\u00e9rapie r\u00e9ceptive et active par semaine, les trois autres jours, la condition de contr\u00f4le \u00e9tait appliqu\u00e9e (groupe de parole, jeux de soci\u00e9t\u00e9, activit\u00e9s artistiques pour une m\u00eame dur\u00e9e). L\u2019\u00e9tude sugg\u00e8re que la musicoth\u00e9rapie serait <b>efficace<\/b> pour <strong>diminuer l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9<\/strong> chez les patients anorexiques.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: #666699;\"><em>[Bibb, Castle, &amp; Newton, 2015]<\/em><\/span><\/p>[\/et_pb_toggle][et_pb_toggle title=\u00a0\u00bbEn m\u00e9decine somatique : les travaux r\u00e9alis\u00e9s jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce jour sugg\u00e8rent que la musicoth\u00e9rapie r\u00e9ceptive pourrait constituer une alternative th\u00e9rapeutique int\u00e9ressante pour traiter l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 et le stress. Les auteurs sont dans l&rsquo;ensemble en accord avec le fait d\u2019utiliser principalement de la musique lente, adapt\u00e9e aux go\u00fbts musicaux du patient et conseillent une prise en charge de 30 minutes minimum.\u00a0\u00bb _builder_version=\u00a0\u00bb4.26.0&Prime; _module_preset=\u00a0\u00bbdefault\u00a0\u00bb title_text_color=\u00a0\u00bb#694596&Prime; title_font=\u00a0\u00bbPoppins||||||||\u00a0\u00bb global_colors_info=\u00a0\u00bb{}\u00a0\u00bb]<p>Une \u00e9tude r\u00e9trospective sans groupe contr\u00f4le sur 293 personnes suivis en <b>soins palliatifs montre une diminution significative du niveau d\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 entre le d\u00e9but et la fin des sessions.<\/b> Ils ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d\u2019une prise en charge par musicoth\u00e9rapie active ou r\u00e9ceptive ; dans ce dernier cas, les auteurs pr\u00e9cisent que les patients devaient \u00e9couter des morceaux <b>adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 leurs go\u00fbts musicaux<\/b>, une condition qui renforcerait l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de la m\u00e9diation.<br \/><em><span style=\"color: #666699;\">[Gallagher, Lagman, &amp; Rybicki, 2017]<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Un essai contr\u00f4l\u00e9 et randomis\u00e9 avec un \u00e9chantillon de 100 patients subissant une <b>intervention dentaire<\/b>, r\u00e9parti en deux groupes de m\u00eames tailles, explique que sur le plan qualitatif, les personnes b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant de la musicoth\u00e9rapie d\u00e9claraient <b>se sentir relax\u00e9es, moins concentr\u00e9s sur le bruit des instruments op\u00e9ratoires et les voix du personnel.<br \/><\/b><span style=\"color: #666699;\"><i>[Di Nasso et al., 2016]<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p>D&rsquo;apr\u00e8s quatre essais contr\u00f4l\u00e9s randomis\u00e9s et une \u00e9tude quasi exp\u00e9rimentale, l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 de la musicoth\u00e9rapie <b>r\u00e9ceptive <\/b>est aussi prouv\u00e9e pour r\u00e9duire l&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 <b>pr\u00e9- et postop\u00e9ratoire en chirurgie<\/b> du pontage aorto-coronarien (CABG).<br \/><span style=\"color: #666699;\"><i>[Wu, Yao, 2023]<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Une m\u00e9ta-analyse datant de 2005 autour de la musicoth\u00e9rapie r\u00e9ceptive avec de la musique lente ou apaisante explore les aspects psychologiques et somatiques de l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9. Sur les 12 \u00e9tudes choisies, <b>5 constataient une nette am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 sur le plan psychologique<\/b> et pour au moins un param\u00e8tre biologique, 4 sur <b>le plan psychologique<\/b> uniquement, 2 sur <b>le plan biologique<\/b> uniquement, et 2 ne retrouvaient aucune diff\u00e9rence significative.<br \/><span style=\"color: #666699;\"><i>[<\/i><i>Cooke, Chaboyer, &amp; Hiratos, 2005<\/i><i>]<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Parmi les m\u00e9ta-analyse, celle-ci regroupe 47 recherches totalisant plus de 2.700 participants. Elle d\u00e9montre que la musicoth\u00e9rapie a un effet global moyen \u00e0 important sur <b>les conclusions li\u00e9es au stress, qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agisse de r\u00e9sultats physiologiques ou psychologiques<\/b>. Ils sont encore plus marqu\u00e9s lorsque l&rsquo;\u00e9tude est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e dans des pays non occidentaux que dans des pays occidentaux.<br \/><span style=\"color: #666699;\"><i>[<\/i><i>De Witte, Pinho, Stams, Moonen, Bos, Van Hooren, 2022<\/i><i>]<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Une autre m\u00e9ta-analyse portant sur 12 essais cliniques conclut que la musicoth\u00e9rapie semblait <b>efficace pour diminuer l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 pendant les soins usuels, mais pas pour les proc\u00e9dures plus lourdes<\/b> telles que les interventions sous anesth\u00e9sie locale.<br \/><span style=\"color: #666699;\"><i>[Evans, 2002]<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p>U.
